Rome 2017: Group Meals x 2 for £30?

Okay, so I'm trying to organise a couple of group meals for us all while we're away in Rome in February next year.  I'm working with the travel agent so that hopefully, we can all eat together on the first night of our arrival - as that's a long day in a new place and I know students often want this bit to be as straightforward as possible.  It's also my experience that students want a group meal a bit later in the visit - usually on the night before we leave.  I've spoken with the travel agent and they've suggested £15 per head per meal (so £30) for a three course meal including tapwater, but not alcoholic drinks.

They way we'd do this is the same way as we paid for the trip - so a one-off payment to the UCA online store.  In terms of your personal finances, I think it makes sense to front-load some of the food costs like this, and it also helps me put a bit structure in place for when we first arrive. Obviously,  we can make arrangements to ensure everyone's dietary requirements are accounted for - within reason (I hope none of you are allergic to pizza or pasta or tomatoes!).

I'm just gauging your interest in the first instance - if you think £15 x 2 for two group meals in some lovely cosy restaurants in the middle of Rome sounds like a nice thing to do, please leave a comment here.  In order for this to work, we need 100% sign up - so spread the word and let me know asap!  Many thanks.
