So, the big day came and went... Friday's Tombola Of Dreams 2018 Prize Draw was the usual festive frenzy of anticipation, balloon-engineered headgear and ill-advised fancy dress! Computer Animation Arts course leader, Phil Gomm, went full 'Bill & Ben' in an ode to the May Bank Holiday, and was accompanied in his solemn duties by the pagan strains of The Wicker Man soundtrack . Assisted ably by CAA year one student, Annie Roberts , Phil tumbled the famous red tombola and let destiny do the rest... Who would be the lucky recipient of the Yoda Wall Light - the most terrifying piece of Star Wars merchandise ever-conceived? How successfully would the lucky winners of one of Phil's artsy photographs hide their crashing disappointment at not winning the Nintendo Switch? All these questions and more were answered as handfuls of orange pingpong balls were drawn one-by-one by a middle-aged academic dressed as a flower... Many thanks to everyone who bough...
