A reminder: can all first year students who are yet to complete their Health Declaration Forms please do so and return to the Campus Registry Office. Your Campus Registry Officers are keen to update your files and ensure they have this essential information. If you didn't get a form, don't know what I'm talking about, or you've since misplaced the form I gave you, please see either Jackie or Natalie in the Campus Registry Office and request a new form.
