A week ago I subjected a number of unfortunate members of CG Arts to a screening of the remarkable 1987 film Street Trash. Just think, that's a reference you'll always have. Such things are not easy to erase from memory after all...
However, just in case your melting homeless people needs were somehow not satisfied (unlikely, I'm sure) then watch the even-lower budget short film which ultimately went on to become a feature length film. Enjoy?
