The Supplement: Jeremy Geddes

Australian-based artist, who’s mastery of oil paints, attention to detail, and dramatic compositions are truly a sight to behold. Paintings capture his exceptional photorealistic command of light, movement, tension, and emotion. In his artworks J. Geddes seemingly  has an inability to create anything but, a testament to his distinct vision and tireless work ethic.

"The motives for me painting are about attempting to capture a mood, a fairly specific one, but one that I can't quite grasp internally, I'm trying to work it through in my paintings... I try to set up questions, hopefully ones that spark a cognitive dissonance in the viewer."
