This is a movie from an extraordinary team: Spielberg, Jackson, Moffat, Wright, Cornish... phew! And yet, I'm still unmoved by what I see in this new release trailer for Tintin. It's still coming off as a little bit 'dead-behind-the-eyes' if you ask me...
Yeah, it just feels a bit hollow really. The writing might be really solid but there doesn't seem to be a need for it to be animated in this way. There's no real charm in any of the character design and it just looks like 'The Polar Express' again.
