Michal Socha's Chick is a funny, if slightly creepy tale about sex that provokes male anxieties about the femme fatale. Socha's female character is part-gorgon almost, and Freud would certainly be rubbing his chin knowingly at the eye symbolism and what it signifies (for him at least!) in terms of the male fear of castration... and you just thought it was weird little film about f**king! Enjoy!
