A beautiful animated notebook of someone travelling around the island of Madagascar, off the East coast of Africa. This was nominated for the latest Oscars, and though it did no win, it surely deserved it's spot. A really interesting take on animation, it really does show how a sketchbook can be animated, different styles clashing with each other, will a coffee cup seems to stare as the drawing on the table suddenly finds life infused into it.
I would strongly recommend trying to find more of this, as it is really worth it.
