With the relentless weather, I know its been difficult for all of us travelling to and from uni. Yesterday, I left uni around 2:30pm - and I ended up getting home at 12:40am.
Sitting for 10 hours in standstill traffic in the middle of the A2 is an experience I certainly do not want to go through again :(

You poor bastard! But hey - you've got a brand new graphics tablet to warm your hands by! :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you don't want to go through that again Leo! Its incredible how snow can bring the country to a stand still.
ReplyDeleteWow, that sucks Leo, 10 hours is crazy. Whats the weather like where you are now?
ReplyDeleteApparently a jack-knife lorry had turned over blocking all the lanes up, and with the M25 also gone to hell it just became a real nightmare congesting everywhere up. I'm just dismayed it took 10 hours to clear even one lane up, with no updates on the radio or on the road at all as to their progress.
ReplyDeleteI'm just glad I got home in the end - with my graphics tablet in one piece of course.
There's still snow everywhere where I am, it was snowing earlier but it seems to have stopped for now.
Bad Luck Leo! I can't even imagine what to do for 10 hours in a car to entertain myself. I tried to leave the house today, and I couldn't see my car anymore, just a big white marshmallow where I parked it, so I thought better and spent the day on Maya.
ReplyDeleteI assume tommorow will be the same..
so .. no maya tomorrow?
ReplyDeleteAlso, is it possible at all to just come to uni, I just need to take few files to work on.. :/
wow that is a very long wait, thank god i took the train instead that day
