Got this most frustrating bug in Photoshop. Every now and then it will decide that Keyboard shortcuts no longer work, and so I can't jump between tools quickly. It's pissing me off. It stays that way for a random period of time, then gives me control back again.

ReplyDeleteCan't promise a solution but this used to happen to me in Maya and it turned out that I accidentally had caps lock on. Doubt it will be the same thing but it could be worth a shot.

Only maya is "awesome" enough to use case-sensitive shortcuts. Photoshop should work either way.
ReplyDeleteSupposedly this is a issue with a few buggy photoshop cracks out there. Not that I, for legal reasons have any knowledge of such things 0:)
I guess other causes could be faulty keyboard drivers or even the keyboard itself, but that's a bit far fetched.
