anyone else having enrollment issues? When I try to log in with the details provided in the email sent out, I get an error message:
If its not enlarging it says:
The username and Password you supplied is not authoriesed to use this system. Status -110
SITS_LOGIN_ERROR_004
I'm guessing this is because today is the first day its open and all the young uns' are trying to do it, overloading it. Or does it hate me?
Earl, I didnt receive any email with the details and I asked already twice for new password with no success, I suppose the enrolment is still in its beta version lol
ReplyDeleteI had the same problem. Don't bother with the 'Request your Registry Online Password' or even sending an email to regonline as you won't get a reply in your inbox. Just keep trying the phone numbers provided and eventually you'll get through to someone who will simply reset your password in a matter of seconds.

ReplyDeleteI think that i speak for everyone else when i say we all work to get on the the next course year and we all might not be able to finish it because we can't re-enrole online. *sigh*
I've just emailed this link to registry requesting that it be forwarded to 'whom it may concern' re. online enrolment. As soon as I get any info/advice/reassurance/alternatives etc. I'll make a fresh post on CGAA Group and shed some light. In the meantime, let me apologise personally for your frustrations; the beginning of the academic year is famously fraught with niggles...
ReplyDeleteI have just sorted my problem easily, by following Leo's advice, just phone to them on the online enrolment helpline and just request the password online, it takes about a minute, easy and fast ....
ReplyDeletei seem to be getting somewhere i have had no problems so far, sign in with your student id number if you are already a student and use the same password as your computer sign in if you remember it
