Youtube video uploads

Quick question, ive uploaded some videos of the hand drawn animation tutorials to youtube, but when they play it is just a black screen, any one know why this is???

    compression i think, not 100% on that but if you export it and use H24.6 or whatever it is, should be ok

    When did you upload? Sometimes it can take a while for youtube to process them

    Cheers, there avi's done in cs3 if that helps, and about 5 mins before this post. Ill export em again in a different format then.
