Thanks for taking the time to post these screen shots, Heather; you would have seen that Tom was able to batch render on multiple machines without a hitch... hmmm
Alan will investigate tomorrow - in the meantime, identify all the things you can accomplish within your own powers and within your own control; clear your head, take stock and keep calm - the secret now to feeling more relaxed and secure is to be productive; establish tasks that you can achieve and get them ticked off the list. Try not to worry. I'm sure everything will be resolved accordingly. :-)
