Laika's "The Box Trolls": Promoting all types of families

I was very happy to see an upcoming animated film trailer promoting all types of families.

"We know that TV shows and films can both influence and reflect the changing tide of public opinion on controversial issues. So, a trailer showing all different types of families as totally acceptable? Win.
By the way, the progressive, times-they-are-a-changin' bit occurs in the first 30 seconds."

    I saw this a while back and couldn't help but approve :) Interestingly, it's often in the fantasy genre that you see issues of tolerance and acceptance for alternate 'life-stye' choices explored and embraced. Personal fave tv show 'Buffy' was particularly eloquent on matters of sexual identity and 'deviants' being brought into the heart of communities and allowed their expression - and championed.
