Ambient Occlusion. HELP!
By
Richard V-C
Trying to render an ambient occlusion for a test comp, minds completely boggled and can not work out why my ambient occlusion is grey rather than white. Somebody help!
grey is default value for normal lighting, if it was white it would really bleach the scene when overlayed.
ReplyDeleteNegative, standard ao's are white.
ReplyDeleteProblem fixed! deleted a mr sun in the outline but forgot to delete in the render settings.
ReplyDeletefeigned existence, AOs are multiplied, not overlaid. In multiplication, white pixels are ignored.
ReplyDeleteoh ok my mistake ^_^
