When you added the Texture (File node) you forgot to set it to normal. It was changed during the last tutorial to project the ZDepth.
1) Create a new lambert 2) Click on the checker button next to the color channel. 3) Set to 'Normal' and then click 'File' 4) Connect image and apply shader.
