Ok, in terms of interesting/ forgotten films that have great art direction and story there are loads to choose from however four I've always wanted to show on the course but have never found a natural place are...'Empire of the Sun' , 'The Fisher King', 'Stand by Me', and 'Twelve Monkeys'.....Twelve Monkeys in particular is one of most successful but forgotten films of the 90's.Alan Postingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09282179748734196674noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9009030164560299615.post-67540582614860422412015-04-01T21:57:22.159+01:002015-04-01T21:57:22.159+01:00haha!haha!tutorphilhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11842833126210822641noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9009030164560299615.post-90003597739560659752015-04-01T21:15:40.288+01:002015-04-01T21:15:40.288+01:00Yeah, I thought the same, Dan. Have read A Clockwork Orange but not yet seen the film. Think Vlad suggested Pan's Labyrinth. I'd quite like to see "The Incredibles" on the big screen because it's art direction is just wonderful! I'm also going to suggest a film by Satoshi Kon called "Perfect Blue" it can be pretty weird, psychological and uncomfortable to watch at times, pretty violent too but the film itself is interesting and it's messages might be something to discuss? The only live action film that came to mind for me that people might not have seen is"The Shawshank Redemption"? It might be nice just listening to Morgan Freeman's voice after some of the horror/thriller films we've seen!Kayliegh Andersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15322674597429919012noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9009030164560299615.post-38561705667929640602015-04-01T16:09:27.643+01:002015-04-01T16:09:27.643+01:00my advice re.
