Hi all, I had this email from Emma-May in the Widening Participation office...wondered if anyone might be interested?
'There are two activities we will need Student Ambassadors. They are as follows:
First Activity:
We are looking for 4x Animation Students to work during the Animation Easter School from Monday 11th April till Friday 15th April (NEXT WEEK) from 10am till 4pm across all 5-days, at UCA Rochester. Dan Richards of Animate and Create will be leading this delivery.
Duties:
You shall assist Dan through his delivery, supporting visiting year 12 students through their generation of ideas. You will meet and greet the students each day and deliver them to the workshop, and will take them to and from break and lunch.
This is a fantastic opportunity to those studying Animation as I am told that Dan often offers work placements – chance to shine!
On Monday you will be expected to arrive to WP for 9:30am for briefing. You will be paid at a rate of £8.11 per hour. Travel is not reimbursed across the 5-days. Lunch is included across all the days. Those that work must wear their ambassador tops.
